Our Educator Fellows Program is a year-long program in which we help educators create and bring to life their own capstone projects in Design Thinking driven education and educational leadership. 

The Fellows program is centered around eight days (1/month) which provide an immersive experience to a group of dedicated teachers and educational leaders, exposing them to Design Thinking mindsets to bring engagement to their classrooms, schools and workplaces. Each day focuses on a different mindset.   A capstone project allows the Fellows to actually implement a change or addition to their professional practice.
